the software itself or the development of it, there are a number of ways
to get help.
We have a list of frequently asked questions that you can view. You should check this first as some commonly asked questions are already answerred here.
If you are unable to resolve your problem you have two choices, you can
- submit a support request or bug report.
- join our IRC channel for live help. It is #dayplanner on irc.freenode.net. Note that you may need to idle for a while before getting an answer on the IRC channel. You can also join the IRC channel if you're interested in the development or simply want to poke the developer.
